ITIL Foundation Practice Exam is the entry level certification, providing general awareness of the key elements, terminology and concepts of ITIL®. Hence it aims at certifying that the holder of certificate has gained knowledge of the terminology, structure and basic concepts of the ITIL® framework. You should have an understanding of the core principles of ITIL® service management. Therefore one can get training and exam online through accredited education for the ITIL Foundation Exam.

ITIL Foundation Practice Exam will provide a basic understanding of the ITIL framework. It will enhance the quality of IT service management within an organization.

The certification also applies to IT professionals who work within an organization that has adopted ITIL. So individual needs to be aware of and contribute to the overall service improvement program

EXAM format for ITIL Foundation Certification

  • ITIL Foundation examination consists of 40 multiple-choice questions.
  • 60 minutes to complete the paper.
  • The pass mark is 65% (26/40).
  • There are always four options and only one answer is correct.
  • No negative marking.
  • Questions comes from the five sections as mentioned below
